Enrollment Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. As an integral part of our enrollment team, you will play a key role in coordinating events, researching school fairs, and assisting prospective students through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all events, including Accepted Student Dinners, regional webinars, summer retention events, and other events.
  • Research school and college fairs in Mexico and Central America to support the Enrollment Advisor Team plans for fall and spring travel.
  • Assist prospective students through the application process by collecting documents, scheduling interviews, and following up as needed in a timely manner.
  • Promote our top-ranked program to pre-qualified potential candidates.
  • Support the enrollment team with additional projects and assignments as needed.
  • Support Enrollment Advisors to ensure a clean pipeline of prospective students when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate to people of varied cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in sales or B2C preferred.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Ambitious and target-oriented.
  • Self-motivated self-starter.
  • Willingness to learn and open to feedback.
