Responsibilities- Design and implement observability solutions using advanced cloud monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Configure and customize monitoring dashboards, alerts, and metrics to provide real-time visibility into system health, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define and implement observability best practices and standards.
- Analyze system performance and behavior using advanced data analytics and visualization techniques.
- Develop and automate observability-related processes and workflows using scripting and automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud operations, site reliability engineering, or a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience in designing observability solutions using tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with advanced observability techniques such as distributed tracing and log aggregation.
- Knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
