About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals to promote our oral care and professional products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business results in recommendations and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
  • Apply the Triple Win or PES methodology to communicate products, technologies, and science to influence dentists and generate demand for professional products.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize coverage and frequency of detailed visits.
  • Leverage sales force distribution to increase sampling and face-to-face contact with visited and unvisited accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biologist, Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in commercial areas or similar positions.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Active driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Presentation techniques.
  • Supervising management of NDDD or ATV data.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to predict and respond to immediate professional situations.
