About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at OEC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and develop existing customers to increase revenue and market share.
  • Create new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Negotiate and close deals to provide logistics solutions to customers.
  • Plan and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize sales channels and marketing strategies to collaborate with customers and meet their logistics needs.
  • Evaluate customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
