Job Title: Amazon Marketing Lead Latam Only

Job Summary:

Sagan Recruitment is seeking an Amazon Marketing Lead to oversee campaigns on behalf of our clients in the Latin American region. This senior client-facing role requires a professional marketer with expertise in Amazon ad channels, bid management tools, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Amazon campaigns, utilizing various marketing levers to drive overall growth for our clients.
  • Develop and present Amazon marketing strategies leveraging customer and market data, defining goals and KPIs, and containing implementation plans and budgets.
  • Manage media spend across accounts to ensure compliance with approved budgets and/or ROI parameters, focusing on ACoS and TACoS.
  • Monitor overall brand growth relative to ad sales and maintain spending within monthly budgets.
  • Log billable time on client accounts and troubleshoot marketing-related Amazon issues.
  • Provide in-depth ad hoc analysis and end-of-month reporting, researching competitive landscapes and keywords for actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with the content team on campaigns requiring designs and copywriting, working closely with the Account Manager to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Amazon ad types and bid models, with Amazon Ads certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to set up and manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously, using bid management tools like Carbon6, Helium10, ScaleInsights, Skai, etc.
  • Effective communication of advertising data trends to non-advertising teams and interfacing with remote teams to coordinate projects.
  • Data-driven approach, proficient in using tech tools to optimize work, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and time tracking tools, such as Asana, Teamwork, Wrike, Trello, Basecamp, Workfront, etc.
  • Agency experience with multiple client accounts, ability to remain enthusiastic in a remote work environment, and strong interpersonal skills.
