Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager

The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our partnership marketing efforts in Latin America. This role will be responsible for overseeing all partnership marketing programs in the region, focusing on subscription-earned media and working with high-profile brands such as Amazon, Apple, Roku, Google, PlayStation, Samsung, and more.
- You'll independently develop and execute partnership marketing strategies and operations, including legal and creative approvals.
- Monitor and evaluate distribution partners' marketing performance in the region, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- You'll build business cases, projections, and metrics for programs in the region, evaluating distribution partners' proposals from a marketing perspective and prioritizing them based on return on investment, level of effort, strategic impact, and financial considerations.
- Oversee the management of local partners' requests and the operations of partnership marketing projects initiated by Crunchyroll, which includes reporting, creative briefing and requests, approvals management, title selection process, contract and invoice management, asset management, project management, and similar activities.
- Develop frameworks to ensure processes are followed in the region and shared between regional and HQ teams within the context of Partnership Marketing, promoting knowledge, best practices, standardization, and learning sharing between teams.
