We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at Google Inc. in this exciting role.

About the Job

In this pivotal position, you will work closely with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow through the strategic implementation of Google advertising solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients to understand their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Present Google advertising products and solutions to clients, aligning them with their marketing goals and quantifying high-impact opportunities.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that drive client growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance your knowledge of Google Advertising products and their applications.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environments, or marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to engage with local stakeholders effectively.
  • A strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives, utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy, and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
