Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to join our team and drive the growth and success of our acquisition and cross-selling campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of strategies, track performance metrics, and support the development of campaigns that drive engagement and conversions across our debit and credit products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Organize and coordinate inputs required for middle-funnel campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Cross-Selling Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to define and implement cross-selling campaigns for debit and credit products.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the conversion performance of the acquisition funnel for debit and credit products.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in campaign coordination, strategy, or growth-related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
