We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Field Service Project Manager to join our team at Ps Corp Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects related to nuclear outage services, refueling operations, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Provide full project ownership from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach multi-disciplined teams composed of GE and contingent worker personnel, including craft labor.
- Commercial Execution: Support the development of commercial proposals, provide project estimates, and lead commercial execution activities.
- Technical Direction: Provide technical direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and business procedures.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in BWR nuclear outage management/maintenance or equivalent experience in project management/supervision.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to domestic and international customer sites.
- Security Clearance: Ability and willingness to pass Fitness for Duty requirements and site security requirements to obtain and maintain unescorted access to US and International Nuclear Plant Sites.
- Commercial Experience: Extensive knowledge of BWR nuclear power plant refueling, maintenance, inspection, and modifications.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of BWR vessels and components, Nuclear Steam Safety System (NSSS), and Containment Buildings.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop team relationships and manage effectively through high-stress conditions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level customer and supplier management.
