**Job Summary**

Hewlett Packard is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead and manage complex engineering programs from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and direct matrixed teams and resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and changes to ensure project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure project progress and stakeholder engagement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Typically 4-6 years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience with project planning tools and software packages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
