Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the hiring process, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Slack to communicate with hiring project stakeholders and stay aligned with expectations
  • Organize, create, and update hiring project documents using Confluence
  • Set up prospect pools and prospect posts using Greenhouse's customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Set up hiring projects and complete interview-related requests using Greenhouse's applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Complete interview-related requests using SoundHound's online evaluation tool and other third-party tools
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience working as a talent acquisition or recruiting coordinator
  • Full professional or native/bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and web-based applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience scheduling meetings/interviews that involve multiple people across multiple time zones
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to maintain a high work rate while not sacrificing quality and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills that allow you to stay on track

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing data, building spreadsheets with functions and formulae, and creating data visualizations using products like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
