About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our enterprise customers, helping them to achieve the best possible outcomes from our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to resolve issues and optimize their use of AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving innovation and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer value.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We believe that world-class support is critical to customer success, and we partner with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for one of the following: Infrastructure/Systems Administration/Networking/DevOps/Compute/Storage/Database/Big Data and Analytics/Application-level services/Serverless/Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience or 4+ years.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings.
