Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring seamless integration of our services and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business, commercial, and operations teams to improve ally integrations.
  • Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding technical stability and integration issues.
  • Lead the technical relationship with retailers, driving development and growth.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement.
  • Apply critical thinking to communicate issues with retailers and inform them about catalog and operations decisions.
  • Create and execute a roadmap for improving ally integrations.
  • Conduct proactive checks to ensure integration stability.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience in projects and process improvement with limited resources.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
  • Prioritization, urgency sense, and dependency management.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Teamwork, proactivity, and effective communication.
Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary programming languages, such as JavaScript or Python.
  • Ability to create scripts for data manipulation using Python and SQL.
  • Internet technologies, HTTP, JavaScript, REST, API, JSON, OAuth, Postman, Swagger, Snowflake.
  • Ofimatic (Excel and Google Sheets desired), SQL, database analysis.
Desirable Skills
  • DevOps skills.
  • Experience with systems integration.
  • Experience with Cloud Services.
  • Knowledge in Power BI or other analytics tools.
What We Offer
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
  • Engineers, business administrators, and related bachelor's or equivalent experience.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
