Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consultations, demonstrations, and process improvements to maximize product capabilities and achieve rapid results.
  • Lead the adoption and expansion of the Premier Enterprise offering, collaborating with Premier Enterprise and account teams to develop and execute customer technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct weekly client meetings, monthly value playback sessions, and issue-specific meetings to ensure customer success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in SaaS implementation, API development, and workflows.
