Job Title: Technical Account Manager

At Corporativo Lumston, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our current and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage trusted customer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Identify target accounts and customers within the accounts based on their business needs and personas
  • Qualify and drive sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post product delivery
  • Create strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies
  • Act as a bridge between delivery and sales
  • Manage existing accounts and assist with statement of work creation modification and submission
  • Assist with account profitability and invoicing
  • Responsible for revenue forecasting accuracy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management
  • Strong knowledge of web development, including related technologies and processes
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Experience in managing web projects, ideally in an agency or web development company
  • Proven experience in customer relationships building
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
