The main objective of this role is to develop sales, visibility, and experiences for our portfolio in consumer centers. This includes executing different strategies by type of client volume-image, increasing the portfolio of clients located in the assigned area, and ensuring sales projections meet targets.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Off Trade distributors, managing sales follow-up, inventory control, and collection. Your knowledge of the area, main customers, products with higher demand, and competition will be invaluable in driving business growth.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, monitor, and analyze qualitative and quantitative sales data. You must be able to provide high-level service and solutions to customers in the self-service channel and possess impeccable analytical capability in KPIs tracking.
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant sales and commercial leadership experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environments. Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within our global organization.
