Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our Public Sector sales initiatives in Latin America.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on building relationships with key clients in the Public Sector.

Responsibilities
  • Increase penetration of our services within the existing client base and acquire new clients in the Public Sector
  • Lead the sales origination, pipeline development, customer revenue growth, and retention for Public Sector clients
  • Manage a team with a defined portfolio of Public Sector clients, responsible for new cross-sell and retention
  • Provide trusted advisory services to Public Sector clients on complex cash management, treasury, working capital, and trade services
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, particularly cash management, trade, and technology-based consulting solutions
  • Advanced marketing and selling skills, with a 'customer-first' mindset
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and account management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
What We Offer

Citi offers a competitive salary package, with a base salary of $120,000 per year. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

The estimated salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This position will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues across the region.
