Strategic Business Development Manager for OEMs and Distributors

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Bayer. This exciting opportunity will involve developing and strengthening strategic value-based relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Central Level of the main Public Healthcare Institutions & Distributors.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing effective win-win-win strategies that drive business growth and collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, Distributors & Government stakeholders
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to establish mutually beneficial long-term partnerships (Joint Business Plans)
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our network and optimize profitability & efficiency
- Maintaining inventory levels and implementing strategies to prevent stockouts and excess inventory to secure the supply of Radiology Portfolio for OEMs & Distributors
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the company and OEMs/Distributors
- Facilitating regular meetings, updates, and communication channels to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address cross-functional requirements
- Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them
- Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and market changes that may impact OEM and Distributor relationships
Responsibilities also include ensuring the implementation of marketing activations with customers, ensuring the effectiveness of new product launches and coordinating promotional activities in alignment with squad goals. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end responsibility to ensure the implementation of the streamlined and focused account strategy (OEMs-Distributors-Government).

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
