About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Amazon Business team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and customer engagement for our innovative procurement solutions.

About the Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Customer Acquisition and Account Management Plan: Develop and nurture prospect pipeline, utilizing high-level lead generation activities.
  • Engage in Discovery with Customers: Engage in discovery with customers to advise on ideal solutions utilizing a diverse suite of product features.
  • Exceed Targets for Customer Acquisition and Spend Adoption: Exceed targets for customer acquisition and spend adoption.
  • Strategically Manage Relationships with Senior Stakeholders: Strategically manage relationships with multiple senior stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts.
  • Relay Market Needs and Requirements: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer: Represent the Voice of the Customer by working cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, professional services, product management, and other key internal Amazon stakeholders.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data from your accounts to evolve your strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in business-to-business selling or equivalent.
  • English proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken).
  • +4 years of B2B sales experience, including identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
