Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, account management, infrastructure, and product teams, to drive project schedules from design to release.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to inform them of project progress and manage production launches.
  • Manage client implementations, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize project backlogs and ensure estimates are accurate.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project blockers, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Continuously improve project management processes, streamlining workflows and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a project manager or related role on complex technical projects at a software company.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager.
  • Technical background and experience with different SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex project details into actionable plans.
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.
