**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Te Connectivity. As a Field Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the Industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions, as well as the needs of our customers, to provide expert advice and guidance.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales roles, preferably in the Industrial or Manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
**Desirable Skills**
- Strong knowledge of OEM and Distribution Channel partners, with experience in working with these types of customers.
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
