Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development:
- Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve annual sales targets by identifying business opportunities, developing and negotiating commercial agreements with new and existing customers.
Market Knowledge:
- Establish and maintain credible knowledge of the oil and gas pipeline market, competitor product and service offerings, pricing, delivery, technology, and actions.
Planning, Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales activity reports and update CRM on a daily/weekly basis.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as requested by management in a timely and accurate manner.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams, including Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Legal.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent business, marketing, or technical degree.
- Minimum of three years' sales experience with solution-oriented selling.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to relate well to people at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of computers and CRM software.
Requirements:
- Non-DOT position considered safety sensitive.
