Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at T.D. Williamson. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion within our defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development:

  • Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve annual sales targets by identifying business opportunities, developing and negotiating commercial agreements with new and existing customers.

Market Knowledge:

  • Establish and maintain credible knowledge of the oil and gas pipeline market, competitor product and service offerings, pricing, delivery, technology, and actions.

Planning, Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales activity reports and update CRM on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as requested by management in a timely and accurate manner.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal teams, including Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Legal.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent business, marketing, or technical degree.
  • Minimum of three years' sales experience with solution-oriented selling.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to relate well to people at all levels.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Non-DOT position considered safety sensitive.
