Test and Commissioning Leader for Railway Signaling Systems

Job Title and Purpose

The Test and Commissioning Leader is responsible for the management and successful completion of T&C activities related to railway signaling subsystems or telecommunications projects. This involves ensuring that all tests are conducted in full safety and that all design-related issues are correctly reported in the appropriate tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepares T&C work, including 4M checklists, material availability, and resource allocation.
  • Organizes T&C activities, including planning, access, and resource allocation.
  • Checks compliance of signaling systems with system specification documents and contractual requirements.
  • Develops T&C procedures for subsystems based on defined specifications.
  • Interfaces with engineering and V&V subsystem leaders for optimizing site tests and sharing competent resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience of 5 to 10 years in T&C field.
  • Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken).

  • Quality, EHS, and Railway safety.
