Job Details

Position: AV Installation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lead AV Technician to join our team at WilsonHCG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing professional and quality AV systems throughout the New Mexico City area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AV signal flow and signal types for optimal system performance.
  • Install and configure projectors, lifts, media walls, speaker arrays, microphones, video conferencing, touch panels, and conference room tables for AV setup and rigging.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AV system architecture and design principles.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AV technicians to ensure successful project completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with AV system design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Knowledge of AV signal flow, signal types, and architectural drawings for layout.
  • Certifications from manufacturers such as Extron, Crestron, Epson, Biamp, AMX, AXIA, etc.
