The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technology planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to meet property needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Manage and maintain property systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to property staff, vendors, and owners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless technology operations and optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technology planning, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Previous experience in IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support is highly desirable.
  • System-related professional certifications are a plus.
