Job Title: Test and Commissioning Leader IXL 1

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Commissioning Leader to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the management and successful completion of test and commissioning activities for railway signaling subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate test and commissioning activities for railway signaling subsystems
  • Ensure compliance with project strategy, company policies, and contractual requirements
  • Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation
  • Interface with engineering and V&V teams to optimize site tests and share resources
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Report progress and issues to the Project T&C Manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken)
  • Multiple years of experience in test and commissioning or V&V activities for signaling or telecommunications projects
  • Deep knowledge of one or more signaling or telecommunications subsystems
