Key Responsibilities- Drive Orders Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and/or expand our presence at existing accounts, and develop leads and new accounts in concert with our business development managers sales team.
- Capture Market and Price Growth: Ensure high customer satisfaction within the territory, and manage CRM opportunity funnel for the territory - load opportunities, track progress, maintain timely updates, quote, and ultimately close.
- Develop and Execute Customer Seminars: Contribute additional details to CRM around Leads, Accounts, and Contacts, and develop & execute customer seminars (training, hands-on application workshops, etc.) to support the overall region.
- Proactively Expand Application and Technology Knowledge: Continuously develop your expertise to stay ahead in a competitive market, and navigate through and overcome challenges to ensure lasting success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: A degree in Control, Electric, Industrial, Chemical, etc. is required.
- Minimum of 3 Years Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in business, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment and in the industrial/manufacturing market.
- Outside Sales Experience: Outside sales experience with industrial products is required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities (English) are essential.
