Key Responsibilities- Respond to technical and medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers, providing accurate and concise responses using client-approved resources.
- Analyze and research inquiries to formulate responses, documenting interactions in accordance with organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints, providing additional support as needed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures, including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external client contacts to resolve complex inquiries, researching medical literature and drafting responses as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Previous experience providing technical and medical information, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and customer service principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical and technical information.
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
- Constant interaction with clients and associates required.
- Constant attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
- Repetitive hand movement and occasional mobility required.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
