Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the Home & Personal Care category.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fragrance industry and the Home & Personal Care market, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the Home & Personal Care category.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Home & Personal Care market, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in the fragrance industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Home & Personal Care market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (desirable).
