Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the development of strategic business plans and programs to support our representatives, distributors, and end-users in Mexico. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales target goals, identifying volume and strategic customers, and developing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial direction and regional management for representatives and channels.
- Execute sales targets for the region and distribution partners, along with key selling objectives.
- Responsible for delivering revenue and market share growth objectives.
- Generate and execute training programs and specify the brand with engineering firms and end-users.
- Work closely with Product Managers and factory teams to drive execution of strategy and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Channels to conceive, define, and implement promotional tools and sales tactics to drive growth, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and distributor agreements.
- Develop a detailed understanding of local customer requirements for the product line(s) and provide input into future product specifications and product positioning.
- Provide feedback, information, market intelligence, and recommendations to improve market penetration and order growth.
- Achieve AOP bookings planning.
- Maintain and update competitive/geographical product performance analysis.
- Monitor results using LFBC and BI database and report performance during monthly and quarterly sales reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
