Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team at Job Duck. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen and refer clients to our services
  • Update and maintain client records and case histories
  • Act as a backup for our receptionist team
  • Schedule meetings and consultations
  • Complete intake paperwork and enter it into our CRM system
  • Filing and maintaining electronic documents and records
  • Maintain a lead generation database to support business growth

Requirements:

  • 15 months of experience in a related field or a related degree
  • Customer-focused communication skills
  • Advanced/native-level English (written and spoken)
  • Killer organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Phone etiquette
  • Stellar time-management skills
  • Your own reliable PC, headset, and a speedy internet (at least 3MB/s)
