**Sales Operations Role**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by developing and implementing efficient processes to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams, providing them with timely and accurate information to support their sales efforts.
- Improve the usage of LPOS for Consumer / retail / BPs, increasing order loads through LPOS by 90%.
- Enable / Support / Train country teams on the D365 dashboards, Commercial Forecast module, pipeline update maintenance, etc.
- Be a solution provider pillar to our customers, driving sales transformation process and providing more solution selling support than HW selling.
- Analyze, plan, and take actions regarding penalties charged by customers for the different defaults attributable to Sales Ops area in order to reduce expenses.
- Improve the reporting system that allows the constant availability of up-to-date and accurate information, giving visibility to Sales area about orders.
- Improve SLA for E2E processing in order not to exceed 24 hours from the entry of the PO until the confirmation of the SO through an automatized process to be developed together with OE Team.
- Support to wholesalers, final customers, and account managers.

**Requirements**
- Experience in sales support to wholesalers and internal account managers.
- Analytical and proactive, with advanced knowledge in Excel & SAP.
- Customer focused.
- International commerce experience, intcoterms, NOM ́s, etc.
