Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our logistics services to our customers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our logistics team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or logistics.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing excellent service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
