Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client business problems/opportunities and document business requirements for technology solutions.
- Business Improvement: Apply reengineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative, cost-effective service delivery approaches.
- Strategy Development: Assist in the development of strategies and preparation of business cases for business IT initiatives.
- Business Modeling: Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling, use case surveys, business rules definition, and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects.
- Project Management: Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to IT management and clients' decision makers.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conduct follow-up.
- Technical Skills: Experience in the use of tools to document conceptual requirements and scope, conducting and documenting JAD sessions, and awareness of emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills; and a team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
- Requirements: 5 years' experience in a defined role, with participation in at least 4 projects with similar subject matter and scale, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
