Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will play a critical role in building trust and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze customer concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, compliments, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds (32 kg) and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds (68 kg) with appropriate equipment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
