Job Description:
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing E-Platform express logistc business area and could answer client's questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or equivalent.
2.Familiar with using customer service software,
3.Ability to work with office software
4.Willing to help consumers solve problems and can proactively discover and solve problems at work.
5.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
6.Experience working with customer support.
