Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the key to unlocking the potential of our AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing. Your expertise will help drive growth for our clients worldwide, and you will be part of a team that moves fast and agile, creating cutting-edge products that make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Insider products and provide recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution.
- Proactively monitor partners' activities, facilitate, and provide on-time and around-the-clock insights and solutions to the partners.
- Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation.
- Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of both customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (E.g. Marketing, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related field.)
- Care for our partners and make sure they feel at home with our products and our assistance.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search for savvy solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clients.
- High energy, self-starter, be a visionary seller comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
- Must be a team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly, and respectfully proactive / results-driven / strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude, and with great organization and time management skills.
