Role Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the key to unlocking the potential of our AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing. Your expertise will help drive growth for our clients worldwide, and you will be part of a team that moves fast and agile, creating cutting-edge products that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Become an expert in Insider products and provide recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution.
  2. Proactively monitor partners' activities, facilitate, and provide on-time and around-the-clock insights and solutions to the partners.
  3. Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation.
  4. Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of both customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (E.g. Marketing, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related field.)
  • Care for our partners and make sure they feel at home with our products and our assistance.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search for savvy solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clients.
  • High energy, self-starter, be a visionary seller comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
  • Must be a team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly, and respectfully proactive / results-driven / strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude, and with great organization and time management skills.
