**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional, IT Systems Specialist to join our team at Yanfeng Automotive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and overseeing its maintenance and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing projects.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, project plans, and project budgets.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the MES system.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MES implementation and project management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, including MES, ERP, and automation systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in the design and implementation of shop floor systems.
  • Ability to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.
  • ERP (SAP / Mfg/Pro) systems experience.
  • Extensive interactions with people, teams, and organizations.
  • Good blend of people skills and technical/functional skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities throughout the working day.
  • Comfortable with situations that include ambiguity and complexity.
