Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including design professionals, consultants, and contractors, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, assess risks, and track costs to ensure financial performance meets company expectations.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil or Structural is a bonus).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience working in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, Development, or similar industries.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage internal and external project teams, customers, and stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication skills; computer proficiency; and PMP certification.
- Travel: Availability to travel (+70% of the time) for project-related activities.
