**Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or JavaScript is a plus. 1-5 years of experience in customer support, ad ops, technical services, or business operations/program management. Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. History of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

Resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and provide data insights. Debug delivery discrepancies, investigate issues, and extract information. Pull and review performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
