Main Responsibilities:

- Improve dealer and customer satisfaction by resolving technical and parts issues efficiently.

- Develop channel partner technical and customer support capabilities.

- Manage channel partner training and administer product warranty and reimbursement policies.

What You'll Need:

- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to prioritize work and utilize resources effectively.

- Influencing without authority and teamwork skills.

What Sets You Apart:

- Field experience with regular dealer and customer contact.

- Cross-cultural communication and factory experience with regular interfacing with products.

Education:

- Engineering or related fields.
