About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate to join our team at Boldr. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Intermediate understanding of customer experience best practices
