- Operating System Experience: 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Education: High school or equivalent diploma.
- Computer Networking Experience: 2+ years of experience in computer networking.
- Video Conference Experience: Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
