About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Latin America Sales Consultant. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Central America and Caribbean region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative in our approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to optimize results and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the poultry and pork industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the Central America and Caribbean market, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
