Job DescriptionJob Title: Product Development Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to provide exceptional product development service and support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of global product development, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completeness and consistency of information flow for new items and global product changes.
- Supervise a team of GPD Officers, monitoring their daily execution, workload, and performance.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve service reliability and quality targets.
- Coordinate with different functions to ensure timely and consistent availability of samples, proofs, and data integrity tests.
- Effective communication with manufacturing sites through the First Order Deployment process.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in product development and sampling, with at least 2 years in a relevant industry.
- Strong aptitude in handling details, control, and monitoring performance and quality.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
