About the Job

RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. This role will be based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MX.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering support services to our sales force, including creation and confirmation of orders, direct customer contact, reconciliation orders, warehouse review, and invoicing.

This is a full-time position that will report to the Head of Commercial Management NAM. The successful candidate will travel both domestically and internationally, with approximately 5% travel time.

The Role's Key Responsibilities

Assist sales teams with sales reporting and processing orders from customers, resolving complaints, and advising on product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes.

Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments, selecting and managing sales-related systems and databases.

Assist sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or International Business, and at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, with French being a plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically basic Excel skills, is essential. Knowledge of SAP is also required.
