Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and engage with potential customers, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
