The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expansion Manager to spearhead our development initiatives in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing real estate ventures, and fostering strong relationships with local businesses and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure prime locations for our stores, ensuring a strong brand presence and optimal market reach.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, maintaining a balance between our needs and those of our landlords.
  • Develop comprehensive market plans, conduct thorough regional analysis, and present potential locations for review and approval.
  • Oversee the transformation of each chosen location into a beacon of our brand, managing project plans, contractor liaison, and permit procurement.
  • Audit the construction process for legal compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to our project parameters.
  • Drive multiple projects concurrently, showcasing your exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ensure transparency and communication throughout our global network by providing detailed project reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or Building Science.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in development, with a proven track record of success in location search, project management, and construction management.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a knack for building fruitful relationships.
  • Knowledge of construction principles and techniques, with the ability to interpret architectural/engineering plans.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in English and/or Russian being an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Mexico.
