Join Our Team as a Consumer Care Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Engagement Center team as a Consumer Care Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our consumers through inbound calls, website registration inquiries, and general questions or concerns regarding our RJR Brands.

As a Consumer Care Agent, you will be accountable for handling support/service escalations, transferring calls to the Tier 2 department, tracking and reporting system issues, and staying current with system information, changes, and updates. You will also be responsible for following service level agreements, supporting and helping with process documentation, aligning with the assigned schedule to cover the hours of operation, complying with account KPIs, and supporting with any other new process at the time the client requires it.

We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of contact center/customer service experience, with a strong background in inbound and outbound customer service. You should be hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure. A C1 English Level is also required. Salesforce Knowledge and SAP Knowledge are beneficial but not necessary.
