Overview
We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Global Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase revenue within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in retail and technology sectors.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in technology or retail sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $87,018.00 - $101,497.00 per year, along with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic team.
